This year Turning Point Healing Retreat Center is celebrating our first #GivingTuesday as an official 501c3 Non-Profit. As we work to begin classes, organize workshops and build the center, we are reaching out to those who believe in us, our vision and our mission.  #GivingTuesday is the opening day of the giving season: a reminder of the “reason for the season.” Thank you for anything you can give!

Turning Point Healing Retreat Center is an educational facility located in rural southern Virginia. Its mission is to provide a wide range of holistic workshops, classes, and modalities for the physical, mental, and emotional empowerment of all participants. Our programs focus on community empowerment and enrichment.  Specific workshops and services focus on health and wellness, veteran’s issues, women’s issues, the aging population, children’s growth and development, and 12 step recovery programs.

Our Mindful Motion Yoga Series at Turning Point Healing is designed in sections to enable the practitioner to pick and choose poses and segments to benefit their personal health and balance. We will be continually adding videos that will address specific postures and techniques that will address your individual concerns, and help you to put together a personal practice.
