Our Mindful Motion Yoga Series at Turning Point Healing is designed in sections to enable the practitioner to pick and choose poses and segments to benefit their personal health and balance. We will be continually adding videos that will address specific postures and techniques that will address your individual concerns, and help you to put together a personal practice.
